I haven't sent Christmas presents to my family yet.

They've been sitting wrapped, in a box, for a couple weeks.

My sister suffers from major depression and I haven't talked to her in days. I love her so much that it makes me hate myself, how little I call her or interact with her.

I haven't been exercising. I went running today for the first time in a long time, and my feet are so sore. My lack of exercise is catching up with me :(
