If I tell him I love him ten times he's either going to be upset I didn't say it eleven times or upset because nine of the ten didn't sound sincere enough. Then when I apologize he tells me not to because it's his fault for needing me to be there for him. That's too much, don't baby him he needs to hear the exact opposite and for you to confront his insecurity.

Maybe he's not a bad guy and just likes you too much, maybe he's a little too excited over it
And just maybe no girl has addressed this issue to him, you should be the first.

Idk how long yall been together but that sort of behavior usually fades after two years or so. He might be worth just dealing with it till then.

If you've been together awhile already, he has zero reason to doubt you and suffers from immense trust issues that probably won't go away. Leave him before he bugs your car.

h, this would be my guess. There's got to be something else behind it. Does he get enough love from his family? Is he happy with his career?

ppl who are real needy with their bfs/gfs usually dont have a full life. the significant other means too much to them. its like an unbalanced pie chart lol. significant others are just like pieces of the pie not the whole thing

I'm gonna make a confession a lot like Sansa's - I have never had feelings for someone who wasn't in some way unattainable or out of bounds. I don't know why.

He loves his job and is gong back to school to get his master's degree, but he doesn't have a lot of experience with love or relationships. Basically the way he put it was that he feels perfectly confident in everything except how I view him or feel about him. He thinks he's intelligent/funny/attractive, but he doesn't think I think that, and it bothers him. I love him but damn, he can frustrate me so much sometimes.

Nothing against you love, but he would be my worst nightmare as a boyfriend. He can't use you as a way to make himself feel better. He needs to work through his insecurities instead of you doing it for him. I hope that makes sense.

I have literally been on the phone with him for six hours and I'm shaking right now, I'm so mad. No matter what, i'm wrong. I tried to apologize, tried to tell him that I'd try to be more considerate. Doesn't matter. Then he starts asking questions about people I've slept with in the past. I try to explain to him that you shouldn't ask questions if you can't deal with the answer but he won't drop it. So I answer his questions and he expects me to apologize for a one night stand I had years before we met and has zero bearing on our relationship. I refuse because I don't think I did anything wrong and he proceeds to tell me that's slutty and disgusting to him and the fact that I don't agree with him upsets him. Then I told him to fvck himself and hung up, and now I want to just scream. This is all such bullsh1t, i'm over it.
