well to be specific, her parents were well-to-do (as were all of the popular kids' parents) and she'd tease the poor girls, mercilessly; she'd pull hair and have her little preppy minions follow her with her teasing.

I've disassembled the fire alarms in our apartment because I'm too short to reach them and they overreact to hot showers and incense.
