I live in an area in Scotland which is notorious for protestant Catholics, which is very relevant to football, and my area is also notorious for fights between Rangers - Celtic, being that most Catholics are celtic supporters around here, and most Protestants are Rangers fans. Statistically speaking .

Statistically, most people are meant to go rock first. but it's also meant to be the case that most people know that most people go rock first which is why you should go scissors to beat paper, at which point you end up screwing yourself over when you realise that the person you are playing is either extremely devious or hasn't a clue what's going on.

United have a player who gets on his knees just before kick off:

He's heavily religious, but he's catholic.
When we played Rangers, he was warned not to do it because Rangers fans would kick off about it.

I always play rock paper scissors to determine stupid stuff... Best of 3 series. And I always win. I pick rock, then rock again the second time. They always pick scissors. I just keep picking rock no matter how long it goes and usually always win. It makes no sense to me because to pick scissors that means you think they'll choose paper. And paper has to be the least chosen one of all three.

Teammates are all like, "I don't know this guy."

Rooney, the one on the right is thinking "oh FFS, get on with it."
Gibson, the one on the left is thinking "wtf."

I like rhythm paper scissors. It's where you switch from Rock to Paper to Scissors after every three beats following a tempo. First one to mess up looses.

So it's like

1
2
3
Rock

1
2
3
Paper

1
2
3
scissors

and so on.

^ You'd wanna play against a prog fan for that one. He'd have so much trouble keeping the time signatures the same for the whole game you're bound to win.
