if you are friendly with your ex like you left on good terms. talk about what's currently going on in their life but exclude questions about if they found someone new, if they offer up that information try to change the subject or straight up tell them you don't want to her about their new S.O.

At least you dont have to talk to your x...im legally obligated to that privilege for years to come. I stay civil for the sake of the obvious, but iniating topics of discussion with her is not appealing most the time.

I have about 3 exes or so that I still talk to. The rest of them I cut them out of my life forever!! they aren't worth talking to anymore.

that isn't too bad, I just introduce everyone to each other like it's no big deal. I try to make it seem as normal as possible.

Funny thing im sure you read up on the story I posted about the situation. Since your making references to how it ended, but that actually wasnt it. We still messed around afterward even though she started seeing somone else and I had...extracurricular activities as well. We finally just kind of stoppped and let it go. As for other x's every now, and then they will ask if I still play, and sing at all. Thats about the extent of it. There are few I will speak to though, and fewer that want to speak to me..lol

I don't get it. How can people be together for years and not wanting to see eachother after that anymore? I dunno, I wouldn't want a relation with someone I don't consider a friend aswell :). Maybe that's the diff.
