But I live in a garage now. I'll prove that I can actually make things look a lot better whenever I get a house of my own
Being able to decorate your garage home with your own unique style of retro/modern for $100 is impressive, s_k.

Money equals choices (about things you purchase and avenues you can take in life), so creating a comfortable, interesting interior space using little money is much more interesting to me than using a lot of money to achieve the same ends.

Thank you, Conan. However, I have no ceiling fan and no clicker.

(Nice new avatar BTW! )

I always like seeing people build houses (and seeing how people live in them, which is why I like this thread!). What I didn't like was when some young man who was hired to help pour of the foundation SPIT IN THE WET CONCRETE OF MY FUTURE HOME!!! Blech. Desecrated. At least he didn't urinate! Everytime I go into the basement I think of that spit.

What's worse, though, is that I think sometime during construction a large animal got into a fan vent duct that leads to an upstairs bathroom and died, because ever since then (6 years ago) I often get a fly a day in that bathroom. It's like living in the Amityville Horror house!

I keep hoping the corpse (which I can't locate) will shrivel up and stop being a tasty treat for maggots, but it must still be moist because my little fly friends look very plump and healthy ... that is until I release them outside into the snowy world and they fall motionless from the air like tiny frozen black zeppelins. :/

Hey...I *do* use the microwave!

And the toaster.

Maybe I'm on MusicBanter too much.

It took some time. It was a mess in the beginning.
But I kept altering things to wat it is now. It's small but people like hanging out here. So I probably did something right then

Naaah.
I don't even use the microwave much.
Since my girlfriend moved out my mom hates the thought of me eating alone.
I don't know why, but I don't mind .

Erm my apologies for not posting my video yet, damn computer isn't reading CD Roms which is what I need to load my video from my phone. I'm going to try install it at uni if possible otherwise I will have to think of some other way. Hopefully by the end of the month I'll be in a new place and have internet there. Maybe I should just wait until then...

You mean you need the software that came with your phone?
That's also on the phone's website .
