Because he does all the hip-hop moves, has the hip-hop intonation, is shouting a lot, microphone isn't coping properly with all the noise and he's swearing all the time, repeating himself continuously.

Look at Will Smith he doesn't swear at all nor does he repeat himself too much unless it's a radio hit type song like Parents just don't understand.



Also you might not know this but Dirty IS an amateur rapper so he does have the hip hop type swag naturally.
