Joan Lee, wife of Stan Lee, dead at 93

They were married 69 years.

Stan met Joan by chance while visiting someone else. He said, "You're the woman I've been drawing all my life." He took her out to lunch and proposed that day.

I'll be surprised if old Stan sees 2018.

Dude, **** you. Stan Lee might get more credit than he deserves, but he's still been instrumental in Marvel comics from back in the forties, and eventually went on to co-create so many characters that defined the comics of the sixties. I don't need that **** in my life right now.

But it's Stan Lee. The only thing worse would be Alan Moore or Grant Morrison. Cause both of them can actually still release good **** and are ****ing brilliant. But Stan Lee would be like the death of royalty.
