For those outside of America who might not know, Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka was the Supreme Court case that overturned segregation in schools set by the "separate but equal" ruling of Plessy v. Ferguson.

I do wonder though, when he does kick it, will some bright spark journalist write "God finally prunes Plant"?? Probably not.
