Former coworker. He was relieved of his then-position for not being able to handle his duties at the time. They put him in a lower position after that. Something wasn't right as the last time I remember seeing him he was white as a ghost. Not long after that it was announced that he had Parkinson's Disease and was leaving to be with his family. They announced last week that he was dead @ 44.

I think it was a year or 1.5 years between when he left and when he succumbed to the disease. RIP to former coworker.

I'm sorry to hear that man. Were you by chance close to him or was he just your coworker? I know it doesn't matter either way.

No, I wasn't. However, he was the kind of guy where if your name was Tom, he'd call you Tommy. If your name was Kim, he'd call you Kimmy. He wasn't a bombastic character...just a guy doing his thing.

Zachary Quinto paid tribute yesterday.

My heart is broken.
I love you profoundly my dear friend.
And i will miss you everyday.
May flights of angels sing thee to thy rest.

Here's a sad loss: Tod Dockstader has died. The man responsible for the Tom and Jerry soundtrack. RIP.
