Unfortunately I already know the twist. Would I still enjoy the movie?

I knew the twist going into it as well, and I still thought the ending was filmed in a memorable and creative way. The rest of the movie is a standard slasher flick, albeit a cut above many of the other low budget horror movies from that era. So yeah, go for it.

But in my opinion, two and three are where the trilogy really shined (I know that there are more than three movies, so it technically isn't a trilogy, but we shall not speak of those later abominations). Pamela Springsteen's hilariously tongue-in-cheek and ultra-punny Angela is my favorite slasher villain of all time.

By some weird coincidence, Dickie Hammond from the band Leatherface also died last week. It's been rough in the punk world.
