Even I go to university an hour away from my parent's house and I'm still meeting tons of people.

I mean I can only talk about what I'm interested in so I mine aswell do alot of whatever that is right? I really enjoy talking to people most times I can't tell if I'm changing or what is up exactly. Ill give you guys an update in a week or so.

If you're still content, then I don't see the problem.

Then go out and interact. You will solve nothing by overthinking matters such as this, just decide to take a course of action and give it a go.

I seem to think I was abducted after I was born in the hospital and then replaced with an alien

I know overthinking things is a partial amount of the problem but I know its not all of it. Im just feeling different. I have been trying to take action though I mean I've been out every weekend past few months with people I just feel more disconnected from them than usual and its discomforting especially when its with people im normally totally comfortable with.

Maybe you're growing tired of your current circle of friends?

yeah BD is onto something, you need to discover new hobbies and a new circle of friends that are interested in those new hobbies.
