Ban everyone and only reinstate after appropriate favours have been granted. Muh ha ha.

Q. You are married and planning a family when your wife suffers some mishap that puts her in a permanent vegetative state. Do you go ahead and start a family using her as some sort of living incubator?

It's hard to say. I'd have to know more about the situation.

If you were given the chance to study anything you want, and choose anyone to teach you (alive or dead), what and who would you choose?

William Wilberforce. I would have him teach me... everything.

If you were suddenly transformed into any living thing, but had to choose, what would you be? You cannot say another human being.

That's not much of an effort. Off the top of my head I'd pick Aristotle to teach me methodical reasoning. But maybe someone who speaks English would be more useful.

Neanderthal man's survivalist methods, cos they went extinct anyway, might have known some good tricks.

Learn how they went extinct become Super Human by defeating their extinction event or some ****...

This song goes well with this thread.

All my money's gone, and the woman dont treat me right...what would you do, tell me, what would you do?

This is a great question, thanks!

I'd love to actually have a proper opportunity to study philosophy, since the opportunity to do so was only available to people who did the baccalaureate, ie. not me.

To guide me in this, I really don't know who to pick, frankly, since there are so many great minds who I'd love to have got the chance to understand, but I think I'd pick (strangely enough) George MacDonald, who wrote some of the strangest stuff of the 19th century, but had some of the most profound ideas about everything we could relate to.

OK, my question is:

Let's suppose you were a police officer in charge of a station who had captured a suspected terrorist, who was subsequently found to be innocent through questioning. If you imprison him anyway, public anxiety will decrease and you'll all get promotions.

What would you do?

Turn him loose, but tell the public he confessed and then hung himself.

What if you see a $50 bill lying on the sidewalk, and as you bend over to pick it up a strong gust of wind blows it down the street just as you hear screams for help coming from a nearby alley in the opposite direction. What do you do? http://i485.photobucket.com/albums/r...999/unsure.gif

Check out the alley, of course. Or maybe grab the $50 and use it as a weapon.

IF you had a million dollars and had to spend it all at once, how would you do it?

I would buy a seat in the Senate, I hear some Senators have good prices.

What would you do if you committed a brutal murder and somehow came out clean with no police eyeing you. A week later you hear that the main suspect has been detained and the likely sentence for him/her would be life in jail, since you don't live in a state that practises capital punishment.

let him take the blame

you see two CDs you like in a store, both cost the same, one is something new, one is very good but only as a replacement

which do you buy?

you only have enough cash for one
