It's like milk only sweeter I suppose.
It's pretty good.

Highly addictive. not good in large doses though.

i beleive its eggs and milk and a load a fat cause its 120 cal for 1/2 a cup

I've never had eggnog eather. Sounds just like Advocaat, minus the alcohol.
