I get off of work and head to my buddies house where we drink beer and work on small engine toys like go-carts, and mini bikes. It's a shed in his back yard, so we're called Shed Monsters. We have a club, complete with a Prez (my buddy), VP (me), a Secretary (my GF), a Seargent at Arms (other friend who's friggin huge), and a Comptroller (other buddy's GF). I usually bring a few CD's with random tunes I've found during my work day, some of which are found through this site. Always interesting, full of music and laughs, and it's quite relaxing.

Then I go home and record while I have a few more beers.

Thanks Carpe. Not really feeling it though. How cool is it to practically end your life on a mini-bike? Not very. I'm heading out there today to start tearing the busted mini-bike apart for a new frame and forks. Since we hit head-on, the Prez and me decided he'd fix the go-cart, and I'd fix the mini-bike.

Spoiler for Damages (Big Pics):
Here's the mini-bike damage (frame is cracked at the neck mount, it's weldable, but wouldn't be the same, so I'm replacing it new):

Tried to get a pic of 'some' of my injuries. My busted wrist, and leg:

Why do we have a specific thread for drunkery? Isn't that what the rest of the threads on Musicbanter are for?

I'm basically just following routine. It seems logical enough to me to stick it all in one thread. If people are really bothered by it I can reopen the recent drunk thread. No biggy.

Damn, sorry to hear it. That's a pretty wicked looking bruise on your leg.

But think, if you WEREN'T that cool, you'd just be totally screwed and have to pay someone else to fix the bike or buy a new one. There's a lot of pride to be had in being mechanically inclined.

You've got a point there Carpe, and thanks again. Mini-Bikes and Go-Carts are ok, but they really aren't that much of a challenge, and it's more of a hobby than anything. I design fire training facilities for a living which is quite a bit more 'involved', to say the least.

My cool factor goes up yet another notch.
