I just want to take a minute to brag about my badass boss lady.

She looks out for me; when she sees opportunities she thinks should belong to me, she gives me the chance to review them. She has praised me many times for how hard I work, and how obsessively I strive for perfection. She gifted Ki and I with our beautiful baby kitty (who she rescued, along with his brothers and sisters, from infancy) and she's just amazing and I adore her so much.

I went to a new coffee shop today and got a "Snowy Plover". At first I thought it was just some obscure upscale coffee beverage I'd never heard of but it's actual the shops own creation named after an endangered species that migrate to the San Francisco beach. To the point- they're delicious. Sparkly water, orange peel, ice, shot of espresso, whipped cream, caramel syrup. Holy cow. It was a little too sweet for me, next time I'll ask for less syrup but GOD DAMN that was so delicious I had to share.
