Defo, when we had a house fire ours helped us out a lot, the house was obviously fucked and they (couple in their 40s, the guy was particularly cool) gave us the house key and let us stay in it all day while they were at work.

Invited us in at 7am after seeing us stood outside dressed in not a lot waiting for the fire engines l0l

I told the guy I just killed my weed plants and threw them away (were just about to flower) and he said I could have just left them with him I felt gutted but I couldn't risk leaving anything tbh.

How'd your house catch fire?

I'm sorry to hear you had a house fire, MLM. When did that happen? I hope not everything was lost.

Maybe you have seen something like this before, but it's new to me and therefore awesome:-

What are we listening to? According to one Youtuber, "To think that this is literally somebody controlling a beam of f**king lightning and turning it on and off thousands of times a second to produce an ACCURATE sound recognizable by the human ear...Jeez."

Or the wikipedia explanation, which confuses more than it explains imo:- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Singing_Tesla_coil

It was in 2006. My sister left a pan on in the kitchen in the early hours and fell asleep on the sofa. The kitchen isn't sealed off from the lounge so all the smoke was able to get into the lounge and ruin that. We were very lucky but could have been a disaster for my sister with all the smoke. Kitchen was completely fucked, the downstairs was damaged by smoke. Walls, carpet etc everything just covered in shit. The house had not burned to a pile of ashes or anything just everything downstairs had to be replaced.

Stayed in a hotel until we got a house to live in while the work was done to fix the damage overall was about four months in total.

While all that was going on we got burgled as well .

This is great. Couple of rap/hip hop dudes checking out Rush.

I'm not a fan of the real-time reaction format for youtube vids (I'd rather see a discussion immediately after the first listen since I generally know the song well), but they have some Metallica videos as well that are pretty popular that you might dig.

dead end hip hop is the only hip hop review channel that matters

also myke and beezy are the only hip hop reviewers that matter

edit - it was pretty funny hearing people say "ooo that's true" after black sabbath lyrics tho
