Ok so I read the wikipedia link but i'm still confused what the video was for. I couldn't be bothered to watch the whole clip but I'm assuming it illustrated this syndrome or something?

Anyway its a very interesting idea, but I wonder if it would be possible to suffer both extremities in different fields or if it means overall skills in general.
