Thats from a deviantart account dedicated to BBWs dude. And it doesn't say what country its a size 16 in. Or how he knows she's a size 16. Not exactly reliable.
http://29.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_ld...l5svo1_500.jpg ^ Thats a size 16 UK. As is this: http://27.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lc...vo1_r1_500.jpg (Also, you think the first girl I posted is too big? You're screwy man.) |
yeah size 16 def too big in general, not just the fat but the height
edit: I dunno GB is certainly providing better 16+ eye candy then you guys. I would fersure bang that 2nd link |
Well I'll use Vanilla's pics as the basis to judge that they are too big.
|
Also, Tuna, I looked at the other pics in the gallery of that "Size 16" example you posted. The person who uploads to that gallery has been reported twice for stealing images and claiming they're his own work. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that size 16 is bull**** right there.

I'm a size 16 US. I do zumba three times a week, go to the gym two times a week, and regularly participate in 30+ mile charity cycling rides in my area. I also swim alot in the summer.
I might be fat to some of you people, but I think I carry the weight well and feel pretty damn good about myself. **** the haters. |

I used to be bigger than I am now. I was pushing around 200lbs., then slowly but surely made it down to 158. I've hovered around 158-162 for the last couple of years. I'm 160 right now. I think my issue was just portion size. If I ever want a treat, like ice cream, I'll just get a kids size and be set. Usually it'll be yogurt or frozen grapes though. Sometimes dark chocolate. I feel far better now than I ever did when I was overweight. Well, maybe not the last few months but it's not related to weight or food or anything.

Sizes are pretty arbitrary, no two people look alike carrying it. |

But I'm not going to lie, I will not be asking them out. It's all well and good to focus on personality but a romantic relationship requires I be attracted to the person physically as well as mentally, and size is a primary concern there. Does that mean I judge them in other ways? Absolutely not. But it does mean that I think trying to imply a personality can make up for a lack of physical attraction is completely fallacious romantically. Now obviously some people carry weight attractively whereas other people only shine physically when they're quite thin, and moreover some people make up more weight in muscle than fat, but that doesn't change for me that there is a point, individual to each person, where too much is too much. |

What I do take issue with is the people who feel that just because a person is over a certain size or weight, they must automatically lead an unhealthy lifestyle. It's pretty ignorant really. |

Claiming that the outliers are unhealthy is not cherrypicking; it's using averages. Claiming that most outliers are healthy because a minority are healthy outside of its bounds is, however, cherrypicking. |
I don't know what it's like to date someone you find visually attractive. I've dated people who, in hindsight, were really quite unattractive, but it was never the issue at the time.
|
I don't see the problem with the size of the woman. More cushion for the pushin. Think about that.
In all seriousness, physical attributes and all that really doesn't bother me. I like a woman or man for what they have to offer with their mind, heart, soul, etc. If they're attractive fine, if they're not, their heart makes them attractive even if it isn't evident. |
The fact remains that their is a set body fat ratio that is (given our current technology and health knowledge) the most healthy for a person of any given age/sex/height/frame. While that person who you think is super healthy with pecs for days, may actually be far unhealthy than that person who looks a little chubby.
http://lowcarbdiets.about.com/librar...yfatcharts.htm You body fat and the proper foods being put into your body (vitamins/etc) is the true judge. To really know how healthy one is you must put them through a series of tests. And while that determines the health at the time, anything can happen and peoples health can change extremely fast. In my opinion the healthiest people are not the healthiest looking but the ones who have a good health regimen. The ones who normally eat healthy and normally excersize. Ok to much babbeling I need a beer and a donut. Fuck you! Gb your new avatar is hot stuff, definitely an upgrade from the last one. I always feel like a superficial *******, but I'm not horribly attracted to bigger girls. I understand that there are certainly health issues that can contribute to heftier sizes - I mean, Hell, my sister is 200+ pounds, but she's got sever asthma + ovarian cysts + some thyroid **** - but I just don't find it attractive.
Even with medication that made me gain lots of weight, I maxed out at 5'6" and 170. Now, I'm in the 140s, could be better (I do have some muscle mass, though) and all of that was achieved by just watching what I eat. It's definitely a process at first, but it gets to the point that you understand what "hungry" really is. You eat when you're hungry, take in about 1300-1500 calories a day, and feel great. It really isn't difficult, and when people with no underlying health conditions are large in size, it just registers as laziness to me. Superficial, maybe. But I've never ****ed a chick who was overweight. |
i have nothing to add, cept that i fapped to some of the pictures posted here

I'd say the girl on the far left was an excellent example of a UK size 16, and I think she's gorgeous.
|
I think you mean far right, and sure, she's pretty.
But she's bigger than my ideal. And frankly, I don't think theres anything WRONG with that being my ideal. I think this thread should be careful with stuff like that, since oftentimes these threads seem like less a reason to celebrate reasonable figures and point out their value, and more an excuse to slam people who prefer smaller than average women. (not that you're doing this, but still.) Theres a big difference between confirming how attractive a size 16 person can be, and pouring scorn on people who still have a preference for thinner ladies. If size 16 is average, then its average. We're human beings. We're allowed to consider the average to be what it is and have a preference for something else. Hell, given the way people respond to "average" in every area of life, I'd say thats downright expected. |
yeah, this thread is mostly about attention whoring
