Never heard that one before, in fact most people over care say couldn't care less rather than could care less, I only hear "I could care less" on American shows.

No? Fair enough. I never believed the whole "Americans don't get irony" thing that does the rounds over here, but I didn't think you used it as much as we did. Most foreigners I meet complain about my sarcasm, but that's probably more down to me being a miserable individual...
