It's not unusual for people to be confused about that kinda thing. It's new for you and it's not entirely accepted by society, so it's not surprising that you would have mixed feelings about it. But it certainly sounds like you're genuinely into trannies, so it's not gonna do you any good feeling weird about it, so just dive in head first (pun intended) and just do what feels good. Well, it's not like you have to accept the whole thing all at once. I wouldn't necessarily tell my mom about something I wasn't comfortable with myself at first, but if it's something you'd like to explore, then just do it. It's not like you're gonna stop thinking about it just cause you want to, so you might as well take the scariness out of it by getting to know that part of yourself. And I wouldn't necessarily worry too much about your girlfriend. You sound young, and if you're young and exploring your sexuality, a steady girlfriend sounds like the last thing you need.
