I guess it is an LDR in a way b/c she's always out of town & your life should never revolve around your r/ship unless marriage or kids are involved. No offense to her but my life revolves around me & if yours revolves around your gf you should reconsider your priorities.

No of course my life doesn't revolve around my relationship, I'm an independent person with separate ambitions and wishes and so is he. He's part of my life but not absolutely central to it.

But my life doesn't revolve solely around me either. I'm not that self-centred.

Good to know. Putting yourself first is not self centered, believing that the world revolves around you is self centered, ppl often confuse the two.

the thing i don't like about relationships is the usage of the term "you should." that sh*t annoys the hell out of me and is something i feel is base. it seems to only happen within the framework of relationships, of some kind or another.:usehead:
