Theres one fairly big difference here though. You can tell which guys to avoid, if they aree the type of guys you don't want any part of. Spotting someone who will manipulate you is not quite as easy.

I hate to say it but I've been manipulated by more women than not. Like Rezz, I may even say it's currently a landslide. You often don't realise until after the fact.

I don't think all women are manipulative bitches but there is only so much you can take before you do start to wonder. We all have the ability to manipulate others and I would also say that maybe I'm just an easy target.

I hate playing games. I believe in honesty and personally I would rather have someone be honest with me, regardless of what it is about, and be able to interact with people in a mature manner rather than resort to playing guessing games. As someone said earlier in this thread though, you play all your cards from the outset and you may as well paint a target on your back for anyone with a tendency to take advantage of that.

I agree with you here, dj. I find that now I'm getting older and more "mature" (I'm not really but I'm slowly drifting past the mid-twenties age bracket so I'll use that term ) I don't really experience all those manipulative little games that both girls and guys play when they tend to be younger.
