^ Yeah, it will make no difference to your metabolism! I agree! If you want to speed up your metabolism, do weight training, because having more muscle mass boosts your metabolism for the long term.

As for green tea though, I still think it's good to encourage people to substitute unhealthier drinks for herbal teas if they are wanting to get healthier and lose weight :)

Yeah I agree but that's a diet change, has nothing to do with speeding up your metabolism.

You could drink water and achieve the same results, so it's not exclusive to green tea.

Tea in general is a diuretic though also the good part about green tea is it's an anti-oxidant as well.

I'm an avid green tea drinker as well and I usually get one that has blueberry or pomegranate with it.

just noticed I totally quoted the wrong part but w/e you get it.

it helps keep them dry and prevent rashes in that area. between your legs and your balls like in that crease of your leg its easy to get rashes if you are sweating a lot. i had that happen a lot and its disgusting. its like some bacteria type rash that stings the skin and smells terrible lol. so baby powder down there will help your skin look beautiful and i think it feels good after shaving anywhere in that area too

216 is so long winded lol.

It helps with chaffing. sometimes underwear may chaff that area.

I hate chafing! I got it between my legs a couple of summers ago and it's so sore and hard to cover up.

This is so gross but putting antiperspirant between your thighs prevents chaffing. Like Pauly Bleaker in Juno does.

Baby powder is wonderful for busy days in the heat but nothing could make a ball sack beautiful.

It actually does. I used to do a lot of running (should get back into that actually, lol) and used that trick.

Ughhh like the gross nipple chafing that happens to some men when they run like I mentioned before http://herohog.com/images/icons/smileys/barfaway.gif
