I'll tell you a true story. No jokes. No lies. No nonsense. There was a crazy old guy in the village where I grew up. His name was Bobby, he wore a navy sailor cap and used to shoot kids with a water pistol. He also flashed his penis at kids, both male and female, including my brother and I when we were young kids, and many of our friends. And that's all he did. Flashed his dick. He never raped anyone. Never scared anyone. There was never any sense of danger. Everyone knew he did it, both kids and parents. Nobody made much of a fuss and no harm ever came from it.
