How the **** do you cope with this ****?

By seeing a therapist or reading up on how to cope with it. And not putting it on a public forum.

Also, i'm not being rude, i'm being realistic.

Therapy killed my godmother. She took the pills. They made her worse. Then she shot herself.

I think that trying it out is a better route to take than assuming that you'll end up killing yourself if you try to get mentally stable. A self fulfilling prophecy can be incredibly destructive, I wouldn't recommend it tbh.

So therapy doesn't work cause it didn't work once? Seek some ****ing help! I'm pretty sure everybody on this site at one point or another has told you to get therapy.

Also, you're not a blood relation of your godmother? Then it's unlikely you suffer from the same genetic predispositions that she does which might cause a bad reaction to a specific medication.
