Pretty much. I originally thought you were just a little bitch when you were talking about it, but then I came to realize that you had every right to be terrified. I also saw that you (hopefully) picked up Amnesia: The Dark Descent. Truly an amazing game. You'll enjoy it if you've never played it.

I don't wanna play Amnesia either, but I bought it, and will get to it... in October or something... or whenever I'm drunk enough. I honestly don't know whether to be more scared of it or Alien: Isolation. The Grunts aren't nearly as smart or merciless from what I've seen.

But first I'm gonna be getting into Penumbra. Expect terrified Twitch streams or Youtube videos. I'm recording that **** defo.

Amnesia: The Dark Descent is far less about jump scares and more for atmospheric fear. The location and overall feel of the game is what gets you nervous. There are jump scares obviously and some of them are really good. But it won't make you feel always uneasy like Alien does. And it doesn't really have to since it does a good enough job scaring anyway.

I'll be interested in seeing your playthrough of Penumbra as I've never heard of or played it.

Gameplay-wise it's basically the prequel to Amnesia and made by the same people. So it'll be an Amnesia-esque playthrough.

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.

TFW you're driving home listening to an epic song and you're about to get home before the song finishes so you drive around the block 5 times because you don't want to kill the moment

Dad?

No but seriously my dad will do that all the time. We turn on my street, and turn right back off of it. He does time it pretty well though and most of the time the song finishes either right before or right after hitting the driveway.
