Cheers, ol' boy. I haven't had seen such a rousing display of Her Majesty's English in many a fortnight.

Damn. I saw this coming I guess. Nobody speaks like that though. I don't see the relevance that comment has towards my post. They are extremely awful cheesy sayings but we were talking about one word.

Hell, at the end of the day I am not bothered. Have a jolly good day:p:

I don't know about that. Doesn't sound silly too me since mostly everyone says it like that in the UK. Plus "math" sounds cheesy and American. Like "gym class" or taco bell

There's a different word for Taco Bell over there?

Nope. As far as I know I have never seen a taco bell over here. We don't have any saying. Just the same as yours. May I ask why is it called Taco Bell. Because it does sound pretty strange.

Well, it's a place that sells tacos that was started by a guy whose last name was Bell. A far as names for things go, I'd say it has a pretty straightforward one.

Frownland 09-19-2014 05:56 PM

I refer to Taco Bell by its scientific name: shit.

Eh well. Guess your right. I guess the word bell might throw you off a bit if you didn't know that it was the name of the owner but that just comes down to ignorance.

Really? I always assumed it was just bell as in ding dong. I never knew it was Bell as in a name.
