I'm sort of learning to appreciate the taste of pure, fresh vegetables in my 30's. I used to be the guy who would just sneakily double up on pasta and meat and take as few vegetables as possible, whether cooked or fresh.
Now I really like the taste of fresh tomatoes and various other vegetables. I also eat quite a large amount of cooked peas on your average week.
