That feeling when you see your light switch screw un-screwed, meaning someone was in my apartment while I was gone and un-screwed it...

Wouldn't that person have to have a key to your apartment? Wouldn't that mean probably a landlord? Would your landlord invade your apartment without telling you just to mess with your light switch?
