lol, let me elaborate.

it's not like a "learn how to be a leader" seminar, it's people in my field engaging the recipients of our services and breaking down legislation/empowering them to advocate for themselves and influence policy-making at the Capital. i get paid for it.

@bat i learned long ago i am not suited for management i'm just about finding the best way to spend 8 hours a day and bring home a paycheck without deep-throating The Man.
