tfw you hear an album and like it, check rym and see it’s labeled as nu-metal. then you spend the next half hour trying to convince yourself that maybe you don’t like it.

If it's good, then it's good. Nu metal can't be that bad when good nu metal albums exist. Don't let boring snobs brainwash you. In fact, snobbery is a form of closed mindedness and one obviously shouldn't listen to closed minded people. Well ok, most of it sucks, but still.

i liked the album. i just didn’t think it was nu metal, and when i read people labeled it as such i was puzzled and thought maybe i missed something.

but it’s good, i liked it.
