Fenixpunk 06-27-2005 12:54 PM

we watched Be Cool last night. Its pretty good. Its part 2 to Get Shorty w/ Travolta, Uma Thurman, Cedric the Entertainer, Harvey Keitel, Vince Vaughn and alot of others (rock, danny devito, steven tyler) where travolta gets into the music industry rather than the movie industry like in get shorty.

Ive also got Boogieman, gonna try and watch that tonight.

sleepy jack 06-27-2005 01:14 PM

Kurt_Cobain 06-28-2005 10:12 AM

Hellboy. Hehe it was fun. Big red dude knocks the crap outta bad guys. And makes funny comments allong the way:D I think its s'posed to be a kids action film, but oh well.

ArtistInTheAmbulance 06-28-2005 10:13 AM

Haha Ive seen that!! That was fun... Pretty lame at times, but a fun watch, all the same.. He was so cute when he was a baby. I want one..

anticipation 06-28-2005 10:59 AM

The Warriors, the greatest gang movie that doesnt have dancing.

dog 06-29-2005 04:33 AM

last night i saw 'a midsummer nights sex comedy' by woody allen. cool film, the ending wasn't too great tho

All_Nite_Dinah 06-29-2005 10:30 AM

Land of the dead was an awsome movie. I loved it so much I had to see it twice in a row. I ended up forking over $20 to see it. Its deffinetly only a movie that will be appreciated by Romero and zombie movie purists though. MOst people have no idea whats going on in it because they dont know much about the genre/director. Anyway I LOVE that movie and cant wait for the dvd to come out. What beef did you have with the plot?

The New batman movie was also AWSOME. I've been a big batman fan sense I was a kid runing around pretending to jump from building to building and I really really really enjoyed that movie. Now we just need a gargoyles movie.

I heart huckabees and garden state are awsome. Love em love em love em.

Anyway the last movie I watched that i bought was attack of the swamp creture I think. I love any old monster flicks. Crimson ghost is one of the funniest series I have ever seen. "hello my name is dr." JUMP CUT "dr.blackton". Not much for anything but comedy value. The crimson ghost looks neat and all but after you acctually watch the series why would anyone want that stigma to follow aroud there band.

HomesickAtSpaceCamp 06-29-2005 11:00 AM

I saw Bewitched in the movie theaters, but the last time i saw one at home it was Phantom Of The Opera.

its an awesom movie, check it out if you havent seen it. kinda like west side story without the dancing and musical numbers. Its all about the rivalry between the "socials" or rich kids and the "greasers". movie trailer

adidasss 06-29-2005 04:35 PM

man, that's such a pretentious movie....i hated it...i hate toby maguire, the only good movie he ever played in was ride with the devil by ang lee....just watched it in fact...i love ang lee

PerFeCTioNThrUSileNCe 06-29-2005 04:50 PM

yeah....the only reason i watched that movie was because i had nothing to do that day and i just watched all the vhs tapes we had in the house and that happened to be the last one.

it is a lame ass movie..i agree

shandapanda 06-29-2005 04:54 PM

it doesn't really look good, i haven't watched it and then the book with the movie poster came out and i just started hating it even more.i hate it when they try promoting a book by putting the movie poster on the cover! it makes me not want to but the book, or burn it!

my brother's watching tv in my room, how strange i think since i'm sitting in the living room with a tv that's not on....there's no point to this but i fellt like sharing...

shandapanda 06-29-2005 05:16 PM

i also wanted to know if the movie or documentary 'coffee and cigarettes' is any good cuz i'm gonna watch it soon.

Fenixpunk 06-29-2005 05:28 PM

ahh, i just rented that about 2 weeks ago, pretty ****ing hilarious from what i remember.

kinky cali 06-29-2005 05:32 PM

recent movies

Those are all three great flicks. I love ed Dazed and confused, Cant wait to see batman begins (is that the one out in theaters?/ if not already saw it and I luv all the batman movies, lord of the rings was ok.

Recently I went to go see MR. and MRS. Smith. Great action movie with some intence emotional scenes, Love the stickin it through and battling it out plot of the movie.

The ring 2 had no fiber in it, i hated it, not at all scary, or exciting.

Anyone like Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas
