- Two bananas
- One Apple - One smoothie of Blackberries, Blueberries, raspberries - Around 10 carrots - One veggie/nutrient shake (morning, only once) repeat 4 times. No protein today, forgot eggs or chicken at the store. I recently got a small George foreman grill for birthday and havent got into the habit of buying chicken or even what I plan to do with it. I might try to look into something to rub and season onto the plain chicken. |
