Mindfulness: any recommendations on how to cook this?
MB: here are five different recipes and cooking styles.
Mindfulness: cool I will steam it like last time.

I like cheese on some things so I'll never put cheese on anything else ever again out of sheer terror.

I typically use just salt, pepper, garlic, and red chili flakes. But a little curry powder is nice as well.

That sounds wonderful in all but last time I steamed the broccoli, only long enough until I was finished pouring carrots in a bowl, blending berries, and cutting apples. so like 5 mins. and it was still raw and gave me stomach ache :/ but filled me up completly, which is why I bought again Ill steam for like 10 mins, but roasting would take like 20 mins or longer probably I seasoned them with garlic powder and i think that was bad because it was a weird taste i think. at least i think it was that. ill spray more olive oil spray this time

Making it bomb takes time! If you wanted to speed it up you could cover the broc with aluminum foil. That will cause them to steam a bit while they're roasting, and again is a better alternative to just steaming with water and losing all the nutrients. I usually do 375 in ten minutes increments, shake the pan to loosen everything up, and just keep roasting and checking on them until they're fork tender.

He clearly told you to boil it for 20 minutes but you're halving that cause nah man it'll be totally fine.

Have you ever tried it or broccoli cheese soup? Cheese and broccoli is a dope pairing, getting kids to eat veggies for days.
