Good looking out but I don't actually juice, I blend, so I get all the fiber.

My morning smoothie lately is - Frozen mix of strawberries blueberries raspberries and cherries, beets, and water.

Lunch today is a quinoa kale salad with peppers and apples diced up and having a midday snack of oatmeal and a banana.

Think ima do some kind of stirfry over rice and beans for dinner tonight.
