Went to an Indian restaurant for lunch today. Had a chicken and vegetable curry, naan bread, grilled shrimp and a side salad. For dessert I had mango pudding and drank some lassi. After that, headed to a nearby cafe for a double cappuccino.

im starting to explore the can foods section at stores and its been pineapples and gumbo soup so far. this new stuff im having tonight was great last night. so ill probably get it again but who the heck knows because i stopped buying broccoli, i felt too fancy

Those are loaded with sodium and other preservatives. I get the Minestrone with Italian Sausage all the time though.

I also bought the Minestrone and Italian Sausage one too

I looked and you're right, 4 different kinds of soup and all high in sodium :/

I'm eating only one can a day but a crock pot would be cool, I could youtube recipes or see what my mom has.

Im going to start cooking brown rice in a rice cooker my pops gave me. he may even already have a crock pot at his store too. ill check when i see him next.
