Here's what today's Pete's run has yielded: (counter clock-wise from the top right) Lemon garlic chicken, roasted potato's, lamb chop, roasted cauliflower, curry chicken, broccoli, roasted mushrooms, polish meatball in thyme sauce, sauerkraut and sausage, and mixed vegetables.

Lets eat.

I made chicken tikka masala for lunch. It was a little ghetto but still really damn good. First curry type dish I’ve had since covid.

Have you tried these? You can mix it with panko egg buttermilk and your coconut

Fry it in a little sesame oil. If you want to go vegan substitute soy milk
