1 minute oats w/milk, honey, cinnamon, and some huge mutant blueberries, along with blackberry yogurt for b-fast.

Lunch is a big salad with chicken breast.

Eatin good in the neighborhood.

Maybe use smaller bowls. You'd be amazed how long it takes for water to boil in a big container (in a microwave).

Do you have a kettle? Boiling water on my stove takes a while. I try to jump start things by using the kettle.

I took my kids to a family restaurant. I ordered a salad, the kids spaghetti. While I took one kid to the washroom, the other took my balsamic vinaigrette, and dumped it in his spaghetti. It was a failed science experiment for him.
