I thought Sugar Bear was replaced by Dig Em

The cereals taste EXACTLY the same

wiki says they’re something like 50% just sugar

wow / talk about unhealthy

this didnt work out as planned last time, had to go to subway because my baking malfunction with the chicken :o:

BUT, i realized i should just go ahead and start the eggs meals. im going to start eating 8 scrambled eggs as a meal to break up the weirdness of just chicken or mac n cheese.

i might get creative and find things to throw into the eggs to mix it up too :) maybe spinach and kale :beer:

ALSO, im buying potatoes to eat with my chicken and then with the eggs meal probably too :beer:


tonight is... get this yall... baked chicken with carrots and apples :beer:

78 calories in a egg, looking to get around 1000 calories.. so it'll be alittle less, but the potato and 10 carrots will cover the meal to about 1000 calories :beer:

Just enjoyed a few slices of pizza topped with pepperoni, sausage, mushroom, onion, and green pepper. For dessert, a few chocolate graham crackers and a tall glass of ice cold vanilla almond milk. Mmmmm.

3 nights in a row of eating just 8 eggs a 6 apples and about a cup of carrots. lost 8 pounds since sunday :cool:

i dont need to lose any more weight technically but im still on this healthy gig and the weight lose is just coming along with the healthier choices of eating.

If you're losing 8 pounds in 4 days then maybe you're not eating healthy. You don't throw up in the toilet after meals do you?
