NO!.

To make eggs that don't taste like **** I generally use low heat but you can also do it at a high heat while stirring constantly. It's more about when to take them off of the heat than anything.

Add a bit of salt to the eggs before you beat them. Boom, flavour and it breaks down the eggs a bit which makea them fluffier.
