Oatmeal a la Plank:

Ingredients
  • 1/2 small apple (I like Fuji's)
  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 4-5 tbsp honey
  • 1 dash of cinnamon

Instructions
  1. Dice the apple in a bowl and add the oatmeal and water.
  2. Heat in microwave for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir.

Breakfast is served.

It's a big change from what I used to do, which was eat a can of Chunky soup every morning. Esta es no bueno.
