Roasted a pork loin. Not sure what I'm gonna make with it. Maybe some macaroni & cheese, sweet peas and a salad. I got this new Food Network brand Greek feta herb vinaigrette salad dressing as a gift that I wanna try out. I tasted it and it was legit.

I did a pot roast in a crock pot with potato's, carrots, and celery in a red wine sauce last Sunday and it's been more of a beef stew every night since. Gotta toss it tonight, but dam that was good ****. Gonna miss it. I'll probably give it some sort of ceremony as I toss it in the garbage.

At lest some tiny organisms in the garbage container are gonna have a feast. Silver linings.

I'm having some kind of sugar free yogurt with low fat and lemon flavor. Doing a 180 from my crazy unhealthy eating habits of 2018. It's not too bad. I eat most meals while browsing the internet, so I barely notice what I eat.

I can never remember how to spell it in Danish and English. Wikipedia has a weird third suggestion that I've never seen: "Yogurt, yoghurt or yoghourt".

But they all contain a "u", so the Brits need to learn to speak.
