^this. Frownland is right on the scambled egg technique, Mindfullness. Add salt, pepper, butter and milk and they will have flavour, and if that's not enough you can mix smoked salmon through it

Does 1000x more for the texture in eggs than the flavour. I don't even notice the taste in eggs tbh. What kinda Nazi **** do you do, water?

Eggs a la Plank:
Over medium heat, add one pat of butter in a pan and let it melt a bit, then add one tablespoon of pico de gallo. Crack 2 eggs into the pan, add cheese (any kind you'd like), then stir briskly with a folding technique until the cheese is melted and the eggs are just under cooked and still a tiny bit runny. Plate the eggs and serve. They'll have finished cooking on the plate.
