I want to stop biting my nails but It's difficult. Someone recomended putting mustard on my fingers but that can't work as I like mustard.
that would be a problem if my nightmares scared me, they're the most common dreams i have, i had a very happy dream once and when i woke up i started to panic, so it's the opposite for me!.....i just stopped, that's why i've resorted to sucking which is probably just as bad, but they don't make my nails look as weird as when they're bitten!

another bad habit is that i bite my hangnails and sometimes just the skin around my nails off for no apparent reason. i think it's beacause i used to bite my nails...

When I was about 5 or 6 I used to constantly bite my nails till they hurt, until my Mother tied socks to my hands to stop me. She still has the photographs. I look a twat!!!

I know where you're coming from RT with the socks. Maybe socks have always been a versatile accessory not just for feet use. In the 70s in my childhood on cold Manchester days it was common for socks to be used as gloves. They were always clean socks though. We might have been skint, but we still had standards.

why is that a bad habit? explain

my bad habit or more like trait is procrastination.

I also have a problem with time management at times also.

If I don't make a to do list things don't get done lol
