Occasionally MusicBanter lifts you up much higher than you expect and I had just such a moment yesterday when I read something that James wrote here about my posting style. James is one of the old guard, with long-established friendships and an assured sense of taste, so I´m very flattered, James, that you should´ve noticed anything that I´ve posted - thank you very much.

Also thanks to Pet Sounds and others who have nominated me for more than I probably deserve.

I´ll be putting up a list of my own noms tomorrow I hope....I might even set up trading; nominate Lisnaholic and I´ll nominate you back, twice. Any takers ?

I've nominated you three times. You owe me six.

Seriously, I would be shocked if The Batlord isn't rigging this whole thing.

I actually tried to do that last year. Almost worked too.

It'll probably work this year, you're paying us more this go around.

But it was only the one category. I almost got HHBH voted as Best Music Taste.

I'm prepared to testify before a Grand Jury to this.

Best Taste in Music: Neaopolitan- best taste on the site...no question. I have been very impressed pluggin with him, he took me by surprise. His taste is not a reflection of this forum.
Thanks very much to Vanilla, Goofle, The Batlord, Frownland, Pet sounds, Soulflower, bob. and Silnezio and to anyone I missed. I couldn't be any of those things without you.

I couldn't agree more with Paul Smeenus for Lifetime Achievement Award. He's done album reviews and plugs as much as possible when things were much better for him. He's been through a lot since he first joined. Whether or not he wins it, I feel he deserves it.

I might have to go add Nea as a nomination for Best Signature.
