Wasn't there an extra weird Voyager Q episode where Q and a female Q were at war with like Napoleonic armies and it turns out they're trying to **** but are too weird and self-absorbed to admit it and then it turns out Q ****ing is just touching fingertips? I don't even remember how good it was but the nonsense was clearly memorable.

"The Q and the Gray". They were kind of reaching with that one. Also "True Q", where the female kid Q is trying to come to terms with her powers. Meh. There were duff Q episodes but the good ones outweighed the bad. "Qpid" was stupid to the max but SO much fun. Worf: "Captain, I protest! I am NOT a merry man!"

My memory was always that Q elevated any episode he was in besides the first one where the concept was taken seriously rather than as a joke.

Oh **** probably one of my favorite Star Trek episodes was the Next Generation one with the nice guy Borg. Very kid friendly probably but very feel good in a weird way.

I didn't like the Q episodes. Perhaps I just didn't get them at the time.

Hugh? "I, Borg?" **** Hugh. For once Star Trek had an implacable, alien, deadly enemy that couldn't be talked to death and what did they do? They ****ing humanised them! Bastards! I say again: **** Hugh and **** whoever thought of making the Borg all "we're just like you under the skin". No they're bloody not! Did the same with Species ****ing 8472 or whatever.
