I don't understand all this. I am a "newbie". I am much older than most on here but younger than a couple. My music tastes are reflected by my age (37). I enjoy coming on this forum. Sometimes I talk rubbish but believe me I think many others do too. But it doesn't matter does it. I actually spend time away from the forum trying to think up new threads to capture peoples interest but havn't thought of anything worthy. I'm proud of Bands with eatable names.
I can't suddenly start talking about bands many of you discuss cos I know little about them.

no dezzy, the post whores as hookers put it are the ones that just post anything and everything that has nothing to do with whatever thread they are in. Those who respond with "they suck" without any reasoning behind it. I dont think you have anything to worry about as far as ppl complaining about your posts.

This is the finest place I know for spleen ventilation, and if it were so crap, Id hardly come back like 6 months after I joined (there were phone-bill related problems in the gap)…Its really top dog for debates (ahem…not that I shop at HMV or anything…damn! Another embarrasing secret outta the sack)even if they are pointless ones on whether someone would have intercourse with a being with the body of Carmen Electra and the head of Tony Blair. Maybe I wasn’t here through the glory days (when, like December??) but if everybody’s gonna jump ship then that’s hardly going to keep it afloat (yeah I know my analogies suck). SO:

It's summer, the perfect time to be outside...or working. Many including myself don't have the time to post this month or the next. I bet everything will be back to normal by sept. If that doesn't work, then we can always ban all the post whores

I'm a newbie but a lot of the stuff i put up people either bitch about or there is no interest so i don't really know why i bother but it's not going to stop me coming and putting my opinion forward as personally i quite enjoy it.

A lot of people are here for the right reasons but then again a lot aren't
