Same with metal. In high school if you couldn't at least name the Big Four of thrash then I didn't want to talk to you. Now I only hate deathcore kids. Although that's probably as much for the ear gauges as anything else.

Well, sure one of mine is from Longfellow! Doesn't mean you have to invent it, just choose to use it.

I always thought my more complete version of 90% of everything is **** had a nice ring to it,
and I've never really seen someone else say it so far.

I am a snob to people who like "everything" or stick to one genre. I am quite picky about what I listen to but I really don't have taste that is mind blowing.

I can enjoy just about anything in a background music sort of way. I certainly don't go out of my way to listen to everything and the number of artists in my music library is less than a hundred.

You and I know damn well that most people that say this do NOT listen to anything.

What I meant to say is that while you might actually listen to anything (but in the background), most people who say it really don't, that's why it's so annoying when people say it :c

I agree, i had a similar argument with Janzoon whe he said he liked anything..
ive always thought that was a safe answer to hide a lack of music knowledge but in his case, he actually did like everything maybe Chula is the same.
