Just looked it up, I do remember it as Berenstein Bears, not Berenstain, weird. It could have just been our stupid kid brains reading/pronouncing it the wrong way?

Bernstein Bears was an "educational" show that most of us grew up on (in the U.S.). Does it even still play? And now TH they're realizing they've been pronouncing it wrong their whole lives.

Actually, there are people outside of Texas who use these things called "books", and that's where we mostly know them from.
